Rental terms
Driving licence
You are required to present a valid driving licence, held for at least 3 years. International driving licence is not required.
Legal driving age
You must be 21 years old in order to hire a car with IN Rent a Car.
Payment terms
Payment is due upon signing the car rental agreement. As to payment methods, we accept cash, credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa).
Border crossing
Travelling outside Montenegro is only allowed with a written permission from IN Rent a Car.
Insurance
The CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection) are included in the price, protecting against all kinds of potential vehicle damages and theft risks.

A police record on any kind of accident during renting period is mandatory, otherwise the client will be charged the full da
Deposit
Most rentals also do not require a deposit for added convenience, unlike most rental companies. You can also pay on site, by credit card, debit card, or cash.
Full to full
You will receive a car with a full tank at the pick-up, and you have to return it with a full tank. Otherwise, additional charge will be applied, if car is returned with empty tank.
