Reservation system
Reservation step 1
At the beginning, select the Pick-up location and the Drop-off location. Select dates and times. The vehicle category is your choice, you can leave it at Any.
Finally, click the Search button.
The search will show available vehicles and a description with your selection. Additionally, at the bottom of the page you have the option to change dates if you have changed your mind - Change dates.
Reservation step 2
You select the vehicle by clicking the Continue option.
We chose the VOLKSWAGEN POLO 1.4 TDI (8).
Reservation step 3
You will see all the information, at the end you click on the Book now option.
Reservation step 4
The Order Summary page will open with all reservation details.
Additionally, you must enter your data in the Driver information section.
Enter your first and last name, e-mail address and phone number.
Additionally, your address (passport or ID card details), city, postal - zip code and country.
Enter your date of birth, flight number if you are coming from abroad and you want (you have selected the option) that we meet you at Tivat or Podgorica airport.
Check the option I agree to the terms and conditions.
In the notes, write your note or if you selected at the start the option that you want to pick up the vehicle at your address, write the pick-up address.
Finally, click on the Confirm order button.
Reservation step 5
If everything is OK, you will receive a message like the one in the picture.
To review your order click on the link, please visit This Page.
When you click on the This page link, you will get a page with all your reservation details.
Click the Print button to print your reservation.
Click the Upload documents button to submit documents to us to speed up the reservation and vehicle delivery process.
By clicking on the Download PDF link, you will receive a PDF document of the reservation and Contract/Agreement.
Additionally, you have the option for Cancellation/Modification Request.
