The rental day is calculated based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the pickup time. There is a two-hour window for returning a car, and in case you return the car later, you will be charged the full rental day additionally.

Yes, you can have an additional driver, who will also need a valid driving licence. Please let us know about the additional driver at pickup. This information is relevant for the insurance purposes, and also for police records (in case you are being pulled over).

In case of an accident, it is very important to first contact the police by calling 122 and then inform the IN Rent a Car representatives. We will make sure to provide the road assistance and a replacement vehicle.

You will have to fill in and sign all needed paperwork, provided by the police.  

Details about third parties involved in the accident should be submitted, as well.
